Saranda via Corfu
There are many fine restaurants on the seafront and local caught fish is a speciality.
A must is a visit to the ancient city of Butrint, an archaeological site with well preserved buildings including the old theatre and church.
Also take a trip to Delvina and The Blue Eye Spring. A day trip to Gjirokastra, the 'City of One Thousand Steps' is another must. It is one of the most attractive towns in Albania with its native architecture and traditional cobbled streets and houses clustered around the fortress.
